Statement of Purpose
At Elite Loft Venue LLC, it is the primary responsibility of all renters, vendors, and guests to preserve the integrity and condition of our venue. Proper behavior is expected at all times.
Absolutely No Cannabis or Hookah Smoking. Violations will result in a $500 fine.
No items may be attached to walls, ceilings, or venue property without prior approval from management.
Renters and their guests are fully responsible for following these guidelines at all times.
General Information & Procedures
All rental contracts are managed by Elite Loft Venue LLC.
A designated contact person must be identified to sign the agreement and accept responsibility for all attendees, financial obligations, and adherence to venue policies.
Walkthroughs
Renters are allowed two walkthroughs:
• Initial viewing
• Final walkthrough (required one week before the event) with all relevant parties (e.g., entertainment, decorators, vendors).
An Elite Loft Venue team member will be present to answer questions and review expectations.
All deliveries and pickups must be coordinated in advance. All equipment must be removed at the end of the event.
Parking
Self-parking is available on-site and via street parking.
Renters may reserve 5–10 spaces upon request. Please notify management in advance of your event date.
Venue Rights & Safety
Elite Loft Venue LLC reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person posing a threat to the venue, staff, or guests.
Decisions made by venue management, event coordinators, or security are final and must be respected immediately.
Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the event.
Insurance Requirement
All renters must obtain event insurance. We recommend privateeventinsurance.com.

Proof of insurance is required two weeks before the event date.
Bar Service
Bar service is available through Elite Loft Venue LLC only.
No outside bartenders are permitted. Ask a team member for bar service packages and details.
Liability
Renters are responsible for:
Any injury or damage to persons or property during the event.
Actions of all guests, vendors, and contractors.
Damage Fee: $500
Catering & Rentals
We offer rental equipment and additional services such as:
Decor
DJ
Bakery
Photography & Videography
Bar Services
Renters are responsible for all catering arrangements and charges.
All setup, decorations, and equipment must be removed immediately after the event.
Payment of Fees
Renters are responsible for:
Event rental fees
Maintenance or damage fees (if applicable)
Administrative costs
Payment Policy
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the space. A signed agreement is required at booking.
Invoices will be sent via QuickBooks.The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Receipts will be issued for all payments.
Cancellations
If an event is canceled, your payment can be applied to a new date (subject to availability).
Security Deposit
A $250 refundable security deposit is required. Renters must clean up after the event to receive the refund. This deposit is separate from the rental fee.
Identification Requirement
Renters must submit a valid State ID or Driver's License upon signing the agreement.
